Shipping & Postage
We make every effort to ensure your parcel is packed and shipped as quickly as possible and within Australia usually 7 - 14 days from payment processing.
Registered Post -
To ensure your deliver arrives safely and promptly, please include all your postal details including postcode.
If you are unsure of a product, then contact us by email or by visiting us at our of our markets before you place your order and we will do our best to provide any additional information.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by either email or phoning.
If we make an error in the spelling etc we will rectify the problem without any cost to you.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights to a refund if the product is defective or unsuitabe for it's intended purpose, however the product will need to be returned unused with the associated packing slip.
If a product supplied is defective, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement, an alternative or a refund. If the item is defective, we will refund your return postage.
In the event that Lyn's Embroidery Services is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and let you know how long your order will take to complete, or offer you an alternative product - which ever suits you best.
